
Each acting member of NAST South Africa is obliged to:
1. Permanently and purposefully assist in achieving the statutory goals and tasks of NAST South Africa.
2. Everywhere and universally develop and strengthen the image of NAST South Africa as the only professional organization of bodyguards in the territory of the country.
3. Strictly observe the organizational and professional discipline of the association, the rules and principles of structural cooperation, precisely and timely fulfill the decisions of the managing bodies and regional organizations of NAST South Africa, independently and in time show reasonable initiative directed at strengthening the positions of the association in the non-governmental sphere of ensuring personal security.
4. Constantly rise own level of professional skills without violating organizational principles. When carrying out professional activity be always guided by the requirements of the current legislation, rules of a bodyguard of the association and the professional ethical code. A member of NAST South Africa is obliged to be law-abiding and patriotic in relation to the state, reliable in relation to the guarded person, honest and correct in relation to colleagues.
5. Avoid committing actions which may cause moral and material damage to the activity, ideology and image of NAST South Africa, its members and its corporate partners. Be honest, just and guided by principles with his colleagues, conscientiously treat the liabilities undertaken or assignments of the management of NAST South Africa. Timely inform of the fact of opposing or actual violation of the interests of the association or negative actions in relation to its members.
6. Actively participate in the events initiated by NAST South Africa, attract all interested legal and natural persons to this activity. Actively represent the positions of the national bodyguard’s school abroad.
7. In his social activity be guided by the principles of NAST South Africa and the decisions of the Board. Render adequate assistance to the members of the association on their request. Avoid participating in the events, which may cause damage to NAST South Africa in any form.
8. Avoid membership in profile organizations involved in providing personal security or having the term “bodyguards” or NAST in their name as a founder or a member. Avoid sowing national or religious discord among the members of the association. Avoid concealing the facts of non-observing this code by members of the association from the management and the members if he came in the possession thereof.
The violation of the provisions of the code by a member of the association shall be considered by the management of NAST South Africa on the presentation of any administrative (regional) representative. The decision of the management has a recommendatory character and does not result in any disciplinary consequences, excluding the cases of violating the code by the members of the association. In this case, the management shall have the right to deprive the offender of the membership in the organization.
