1.1 NAST is a public organization of bodyguards, hereinafter referred to as the Organization is a non-commercial public association based on the membership of specialists professionally engaged in providing personal security for citizens in the order established by the law for joint realization of purposes and tasks stipulated by these Articles of Association.

1.2 The Organization shall have a round seal, letterhead with its name, current and other accounts with banking institutions and other requisites of a legal person.

1.3 The Organization shall acquire the rights of a legal person from the moment of state registration and shall have the right to acquire and exert property and personal non-property rights and liabilities on its behalf, to be a plaintiff and a defendant in court.

1.4 The Organization shall realize its activity based on self-governing, law and publicity in conformity with the current legislation of Ukraine, these Articles of Association and the Law “On public associations”.

1.5 The organization shall have the emblem symbolizing the unity of reliability, law and nobility. The symbol shall be registered in the order established by the law.

1.6 The organization shall realize its activity in cooperation with state, public and professional organizations having similar statutory tasks; it can join international non-governmental organizations, participate in the work of international symposiums, conferences, congresses.

1.7 The Organization shall not be responsible for the liabilities of the members of the Organization and the members shall not be responsible for the liabilities of the Organization.

1.8 For achieving its statutory purposes, the Organization shall be entitled to create branches in the territory of Ukraine and representations beyond its borders.

1.9 The place of residence of the permanent managing body – the Board - of the Organization shall be city of Odessa.
